    Through 3 tasks, we present the ineffectiveness of communication in our daily work: 1. Attenuation of language description. 2. Confirmation feedback is often omitted. 3. Group communication must be based on a consensus system.

    The phenomenon of "We usually check ourselves and find nothing wrong" refers to the fact that individuals or organizations, during the process of self-examination or self-assessment: 1.
