Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of practical experience in the Fast-moving consumer goods industry, life sciences industry (including pharmaceuticals and medical devices), electronic and telecommunications industry, high-tech manufacturing industry, etc., with deep involvement in sales, marketing, key account management, category operation or other related positions.
2. Possess mature practical experience and systematic methodology in one or more fields: business negotiation, sales skills, revenue growth, key account management, category management.
3. Have experience as a part-time/full-time trainer in corporate training or public courses, and be able to independently complete course development, courseware design and case polishing.
4. Proficient in delivering lectures with real cases tailored to specific industries, with highly practical and actionable courses that can directly guide learners’ work.
5. Have clear and fluent expression, excellent classroom control and interaction skills, and can effectively improve learners’ participation and learning effect.
6. Be capable of course customization and iteration, and flexibly adjust teaching content and form according to enterprise training needs.
